Yao stands for ‘You Are Organised’ and offers everything you need to run a law firm from tasks, custom no code workflows, accounts and automatically capture data from any form into the system. You can build your own custom workflows and forms or use many of the templates we have created for you. Through Yao you can manage teams’ projects, processes and everyday work in one intuitive cloud-based platform.

Yao was built by lawyers who experienced a lot of frustration with software systems and wanted one central system to streamline the process, manage their day and reduce unnecessary administration costs that often is associated with lawyers. Yao is the most versatile software you will find on the market and is all you will need to work effectively and stay organised.

Yao can integrate companies house, HMRC, Land Registry, Microsoft word, Outlook and many more. We offer many integrations and if we do not mention it, we will be happy to support you to integrate with an application.

We hold regular customer feedback sessions with our existing Yao customers so you can tell us what you need, and we will work hard to build it for you. We are community focused and offer a sharing platform for templates, tasks and features.

No, you don’t have to move everything all at once. You can move in phases and we recommend starting with a free 14 day trial of the software. We will fully support you in the migration of your existing software into Yao.
